Popular Mayo entertainer Doc Carroll made his first ever
appearance at the Derby Irish Centre recently and was given a rousing reception.
The show continued into the early hours, which can only be a positive reflection
on the quality of the entertainment provided and on the appreciation of the
audience. Incidentally, Doc Carroll is shortly to become one of the featured
artists in the new ‘Showband Stars’ group.
